This 4-week ONLINE course is open to all who identify as women that are ready to enhance their physical, emotional, mental, and social resilience. Resilience is a strong inner center that keeps us steadfast through the challenges of life.

This 4-week ONLINE course is open to all her identify as female and are ready to reconnect to a more authentic self. We will endeavor to reclaim our connection to our body, our heart, our intuition, and our relationships.
